Amy Hudson exemplifies efficiency and value as Mike Albert's COO. With 30 years of experience spanning finance, training, client experience, and technology solutions, Amy leverages her CPA, Six Sigma Green Belt, and CAFM certifications to oversee complex operations. She manages a host of teams, including those devoted to vehicle acquisition, lease structure, telematics, upfit design, remarketing, and accident subrogation, among others.
Previously, Amy served as Vice President of Operations and Client Experience, where she maximized client satisfaction and retention. Amy's leadership philosophy centers on building teams that deliver efficient, high-value service. "From my first day here, #ClientObsessed wasn't just a value on the wall—it's how we interact with clients every day," she notes.
Before Mike Albert, Amy spent 20 years at MedPlus and Quest Diagnostics, advancing through multiple director positions.
