If you have been provided a username & password from the website, go to the top right hand corner on www.mikealbert.com, click on the Customer Login and use your login credentials to access the site. If you have not been enabled to login, contact your company’s fleet administrator to request web access.

In the top right hand corner of the site, click on ‘Customer Login’, once on the screen, hit the ‘Forgot Password’ link. Enter your username and hit ‘Send’. Your login credentials will be sent to the email address linked to your username.

If you’d like a PDF copy of your invoice, please contact your client support specialist at 800-886-5828 and they can issue a copy for you.

If you’re looking for an excel download of your invoice, you can access this through the Mike Albert web portal under your login credentials. When you login, in the top-mid section of the screen there is a ‘Billing’ section where you can view, download, and print an excel copy of your most recent or previous invoice that has billed. If you have any problems downloading this information, please contact your Client Support Specialist at 800-886-5828

If this is your first vehicle you should have been provided a 45-day Ohio temporary tag. Our Title and License team begins processing the plates on your new vehicle as soon as possible. Some states require inspections and additional information for permanent plates – if this is the case our Title and License team will reach out to the driver to obtain that.

If your new vehicle is a replacement vehicle please keep your plates from the old vehicle with you. Whenever possible, Mike Albert Fleet Solutions will transfer the plates from your old vehicle to your new vehicle. If you have any questions or need assistance regarding your plates you can reach out to your Client Support Specialist for additional information.

Mike Albert Fleet Solutions provides a 45-day temporary tag for each vehicle. Our Title and License team will keep track of when it will be expiring and send a new one before that date. The Title and license department tries to do this as close as possible to the expiration of the previous temporary tag to optimize the temporary tag usage. Mike Albert Fleet Solutions can provide 3 temporary tags.

Yes! You can contact Kevin McIntire (513-554-2895) at Mike Albert Direct and he will work with you on finding the perfect vehicle for you to lease.

  • Click on the name on the left, this will take you into the vehicle information
  • There is a link that says “Vehicle Registration” you can click on that to pull up the most recent registration

  • Click on the name on the left, this will take you into the vehicle information
  • There is a Driver Citation section that will list the most recent citation received

  • Click on the unit number on the left
  • If the vehicle check-in process is complete there will be a report available by clicking “View Check-in Info and Damage Charges”
