Mike has been part of the Mike Albert team for nearly four decades, so it makes sense that he is somewhat of an icon within our ranks. As the Chief Sales Officer, he is lauded for his keen understanding of business development and sales leadership—not to mention his track record of consistently exceeding sales goals over the last 38 years. But what Mike is best known for is his unwavering commitment to client success.

He has a passion for understanding every facet of a client’s business—their history, their pain points, their business objectives—and an unparalleled ability to identify the services that will help them achieve their goals.

And it’s not just clients that he’s committed to guiding toward success. Mike is similarly focused when it comes to coaching his own team, motivating them to “achieve things in their career they never thought they could do,” he says. “I want to make a difference in their lives.”

Mike thrives on building relationships with clients and associates, so it's no surprise that he appreciates connecting with others in his spare time. When he’s off the clock, Mike enjoys traveling with his wife, spending time with his grandchildren, and mentoring college students through the University of Dayton’s Mentor Program.
