Marty Kuhn

President and Chief Executive Officer

A penchant for innovation and client satisfaction has always driven Marty Kuhn. This makes him a natural advocate for one of Mike Albert’s guiding beliefs: “What got us here won’t get us there.” With more than two decades in the consumer finance and fintech industries, he has a stellar track record of leading strategic shifts toward e-commerce, digital growth, and smarter uses of technology.

These attributes and experiences are why Marty was named CEO of Mike Albert by a unanimous vote of the board in 2026. He retains his role as President, too, a title he has held since 2022. During his first four years, he helped our legacy fleet company think even bigger and move even faster—while staying grounded in the values that built it. His priority as CEO is to honor what generations of associates and the Betagole family have built while boldly leading Mike Albert into its next chapter by staying client- and tech-focused.

Under his leadership, we’ve sharpened our consultative approach, strengthened the data foundation behind it, and broadened the services our clients rely on—including expanding our work-ready upfitting so vehicles arrive configured for the jobs they’re built to do. The throughline is a more complete partnership: one accountable partner helping clients manage the full operating complexity of their fleets.

Marty’s philosophy is simple: The best fleet management results are found at the intersection of strong data and human expertise honed through decades of in-the-trenches experience. It’s why he is leading our expanded investment in technology, including major upgrades to our OverDrive™ fleet management platform, to help clients make better decisions throughout the life of every vehicle.

Marty lives in Cincinnati with his wife and two daughters. Outside of work, he serves on several local financial and executive committees and mentors small business owners and entrepreneurs. When he’s not focused on professional pursuits, he puts his ambition to work in the mountains, where he enjoys snowboarding and mountain biking in the Rockies.
