Julie keeps Mike Albert clients connected to the technology and data that make modern fleets work better. As the Connected Vehicle Program Manager, she oversees relationships with the telematics service providers (TSPs) that support Mike Albert's connected vehicle offerings. She's also actively evaluating new partnerships that could broaden clients' options as the telematics landscape continues to evolve.

A big part of Julie's role involves keeping the sales team informed. She acts as the bridge between TSPs and the colleagues who work with clients every day, translating product updates, new features, and current promotions into practical advice.

Julie’s behind-the-scenes work is what clients feel, even when they don't see it. The recommendations they receive, the platforms they adopt, and the support they get over time are stronger because someone at Mike Albert is dedicated to staying close to the connected-vehicle space and to what it can do to improve fleets.

Prior to joining Mike Albert more than five years ago, Julie worked as an automotive service advisor at a Honda dealership.
