Heather has spent about a decade at Mike Albert Fleet Solutions helping organizations transform their fleet operations into powerful drivers of business growth. She began her career as a Client Support Specialist, advancing through roles as Onboarding Manager, Technical Sales Specialist, and Solution Engineer before stepping into her current position. 

In her role, Heather leads a team of Fleet Technical Sales Specialists and oversees all inbound RFPs, ensuring each opportunity is approached with precision, strategic alignment, and a focus on delivering measurable value. She also drives the company’s sales enablement initiatives—equipping the sales organization with the tools, insights, and resources needed to foster meaningful, results-oriented conversations.

Heather collaborates with fleet managers, executives, and cross-functional teams to design tailored solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, improve safety, and enhance overall performance. Her expertise spans vehicle acquisition strategies, enhanced service offerings, and data-driven platform solutions—all backed by her relentless dedication to exceptional client service.
