Brocton McGuire

Brocton “Broc” McGuire serves as a Business Development Manager at Mike Albert, overseeing large commercial accounts across Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. Broc specializes in crafting tailored fleet plans that optimize total cost of ownership, enhance operational efficiency, and maximize profit margins for each client’s unique set of circumstances. 

Since joining Mike Albert in October 2024, Broc has leveraged his deep industry experience and consultative expertise to build strong partnerships and deliver measurable value to his clients. Before this role, he spent about six years at Enterprise Holdings, where he oversaw large commercial accounts across Missouri and Illinois, developing a strong foundation in fleet management, customer service, and process improvement. 

Known for his analytical mindset and client-centric approach, Broc brings actionable insights to every engagement, helping clients transform their fleets into strategic assets. He’s passionate about staying at the forefront of fleet trends and technologies in order to advise companies on new and emerging fleet management solutions.
