Dyron brings more than 25 years of automotive experience to his role as a Business Development Manager at Mike Albert Fleet Solutions — and his journey through the industry is anything but typical. He started as a car washer at a local dealership and worked his way through every level of dealership management, building hands-on knowledge of vehicle operations, customer relationships, and business fundamentals at each step along the way.
After leaving the retail automotive space, Dyron spent eight years in fleet management sales, working closely with small to medium fleet operators to improve efficiency and control costs. He then moved into commercial vehicle rental, where he led growth and expansion from Canada into the US market — gaining firsthand experience in scaling fleet operations across new geographies and complex organizational environments.
