Mike Albert Vehicle Fleet Management, a national leader in the fleet management industry, is pleased to announce the addition of two new team members to its sales organization.

In November, Mark Surber joined Mike Albert as Manager of Business Development for the Columbus, OH market. Surber will be responsible for developing new relationships and growing sales for Columbus and the greater Columbus area. The addition of a dedicated Columbus representative stems from Mike Albert’s commitment to forming partnerships within its community and the surrounding areas.

Prior to joining Mike Albert, Mark had a successful eight-year career at Cintas Corporation. In his role as Healthcare Account Manager, Mark was responsible for new business generation and customer retention in the acute and non-acute care space.

“We’re so excited to add Mark to the Mike Albert sales team,” said Phil Schneider, VP, Sales and Marketing for Mike Albert. “He has a proven history of being able to understand a client’s unique business challenges and find solutions that deliver real value. Those attributes are a perfect match for how we do business.”

Also in November, Kendra Rupp joined Mike Albert’s Account Development team as a Manager of Account Development. Rupp will be responsible for growing relationships and driving expansion and penetration within Mike Albert’s current client base. The Account Development team is crucial to Mike Albert’s ability to offer custom business solutions on a client-by-client basis.

Prior to joining Mike Albert, Rupp had a lengthy career at American Express Co. in various positions, including Manager, Account Development; Manager, BusinessDevelopment; Senior Manager, Sales; and Director of Sales. “Kendra is an expert when it comes to customer endearment and retention,” said Schneider. “Our current customers are our number one priority and her experience will help us ensure that we continue to treat them as such.”
