Mike Albert Fleet Solutions has announced a plan to invest $1.3 million to renovate and expand its Evendale headquarters, along with an initiative that will add 50 new employees over the next three years.

The 57-year-old company, which provides expert consultation and cost-saving solutions for commercial fleets across the country, has roughly 200 employees today. The proposed hiring initiative would expand the company’s workforce by 25 percent.

The renovation and expansion of the building will make room for the new employees, as well as create some temporary jobs for the local construction industry. The entire project should take three to five months.

“We’re excited about the future and want to take advantage of the opportunities we see in the market,” said Marty Betagole, president of Mike Albert Fleet Solutions. “Expanding our campus and adding new employees is a crucial part of our growth plan for the next several years.”

Mike Albert Direct, a division of Mike Albert Fleet Solutions which offers the company’s off-lease commercial vehicles to the public, is located directly across from the company’s Evendale headquarters. This location will not be impacted by the renovation.
