Mike Albert Fleet Solutions has been named as a 2011 Top Workplace in the midsize employer category for Greater Cincinnati for the second consecutive year. The award is presented by Enquirer Media.

The honorees were selected based entirely on the results of an anonymous employee survey. The survey measures employees’ satisfaction with their position, compensation, benefits, work environment and more. It also asks employees to rate their satisfaction with management and the direction of the company.

“Being named a Top Workplace for a second consecutive year really means a lot to our company,” said Marty Betagole, President of Mike Albert Fleet Solutions. “At Mike Albert, customer focus and employee development are two of our guiding principles, and this nomination shows that we’re in line with these principles.”

The Top Workplaces award is open to any company in the Greater Cincinnati area with at least 50 employees. In order to qualify, at least 30 percent of a company’s employees must participate in the survey. Mike Albert had an 86 percent employee participation rate.

Of all the midsize businesses that were nominated in Greater Cincinnati, only 25 were selected as Top Workplaces. This was the second time Mike Albert was nominated for the award. The winner of each division was announced in a special supplement to the June 19th issue of The Cincinnati Enquirer.
