Mike Albert Fleet Solutions is pleased to announce the formation of its new small fleet division, aimed at providing custom consultation and support for clients and prospects with fleets of 25 vehicles or less.

The division is modeled after the company’s support system for larger fleet customers, but takes into consideration the unique needs of smaller businesses. The small fleet division is comprised of a vice president of sales, business development managers, client development managers, customer service representatives and financial analysts, all of whom approach their role with a small business perspective.

“With the development of this department, we are recognizing that our small fleet clients have needs and goals that are unique,” said Mike Hardesty, vice president of sales for Mike Albert’s small fleet division. “This change will help us be even more effective when helping our small fleet clients align their fleet goals with their overall business goals.”

To fill the new roles created by this change, Mike Albert hired and promoted several individuals. Cindy Hochscheid and Mary North, each previously involved in the company’s customer service operations, have been promoted to the position of client development manager.

David Fricke, who was previously involved in Mike Albert’s executive leasing division, will now serve as a business development manager for small fleet. Jason Henning, who is already serving as a business development manager, will now focus his efforts exclusively on small fleet.

New to Mike Albert, and also serving as a business development manager for small fleet, is Alex Meierdiercks. Meierdiercks spent the previous two years in the role of executive logistics account manager at Cincinnati-based Total Quality Logistics.
