Robert Betagole

Chief Executive Officer
Under Robert Betagole’s leadership, Mike Albert Fleet Solutions has grown from a small used car dealership in Cincinnati to a nationally recognized fleet lessor with vehicles in all 50 states as well as Canada and Puerto Rico. In 1997, Robert was the recipient of the Ernst & Young/NASDAQ Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. His accolades also include the Greater Cincinnati Auto Dealers Association President’s Vanguard Award 2007—a recognition given to leaders who have made significant contributions to the Cincinnati automotive business as outstanding small business owners, and as citizens dedicated to community service and the betterment of the industry. In September 2009, Robert was inducted into the Fleet Hall of Fame by the Automotive Fleet and Leasing Association.

Marty Betagole

President
Marty Betagole assumed the role of President of Mike Albert in 2000. She is also an Executive Officer of the Superior Automotive Group. Marty received a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan, an MBA from Xavier University, and a JD from the University Of Cincinnati College Of Law. In addition to her responsibilities with Mike Albert and Superior, Marty has served on several charitable boards, including the Board of the Cincinnati Regional Chamber. Currently, Marty sits on the Board of Greater Cincinnati Fifth Third Bank.

John Betagole

Vice President
John Betagole joined Mike Albert Fleet Solutions in 1982. He has worked in and/or supervised sales operations throughout all of the family dealerships. Currently, John is president of the Superior Automotive Group that includes Superior Kia, Honda, Acura, Hyundai North and Hyundai South, as well as Mike Albert Direct. John holds a BS in Economics from Michigan State University.

Richard Betagole

Vice President
Richard L. Betagole started his career with Mike Albert Fleet Solutions in 1983. With more than 25 years of automotive experience, Richard handles a variety of operations within the fleet management business, as well as the family’s retail division, the Superior Automotive Group. Additionally, he manages the company’s private investments. Richard served as a director on the board of the American Automotive Leasing Association for 15 years. Locally, he has served on the Executive Committee of the Cincinnati Park Foundation and the Transportation Resource Information Project. Richard earned a BA from the University of Cincinnati.

W. Patrick Stull

Chief Operating Officer
Pat joined Mike Albert Fleet Solutions in 1986 as Director of Management Information Systems and was promoted to Vice President of Finance in 1987. As Vice President, Pat managed a range of departments, including Information Technology, Human Resources, Fleet Operations, Central Purchasing and Facilities Management. Pat became Chief Operating Officer in 2008 and today oversees all areas of the company. In addition to being a CPA, Pat is also a Certified Systems Professional. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Ohio Society of CPAs. Pat holds a BBA in Accounting from Xavier University.

Barbara Carr

Director of Human Resources
Barb joined Mike Albert Fleet Solutions in 1998 and is responsible for all areas of human resources, including compensation, benefits, recruiting, employee relations and training for both Mike Albert Fleet Solutions and the family-owned Superior Automotive Group. Barb holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification. Additionally, Barb serves on the WorldatWork National Local Network Advisory Board and is the former president of The Greater Cincinnati Compensation & Benefits Association. She earned a BA from Richmond Professional Institute, College of William & Mary.

Sheri Hardesty

Vice President, Quality Assurance & Business Intelligence
Sheri Hardesty joined the company in 1980 and currently serves as Vice President, Quality Assurance & Business Intelligence. Sheri’s experience includes serving the needs of clients with unique fleet challenges and she has more than 20 years experience in operational management and customer service. Today, Sheri oversees account transition, continuous improvement, new product development and business intelligence, drawing on her background to develop customer focused process and data enhancements. Sheri received her MBA from Xavier University.

Keith R. Miller

Treasurer
Keith R. Miller is responsible for cash and credit management, budgeting, risk assessment, corporate and individual tax planning and payroll. Keith joined the company in 1994, having previously worked as a tax consultant with Ernst & Young in Cincinnati. Keith holds a BBA in Accountancy from Saint Joseph’s College in Indiana and a Master’s degree from the University of Cincinnati. He is a CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Chuck Ruzicka

Vice President, Operations / Chief Information Officer
Chuck Ruzicka joined Mike Albert Fleet Solutions in 2008 as the Chief Information Officer. In 2010, Chuck took on the additional role of Vice President of Operations, making him responsible for improving the customer experience regarding leasing and maintenance services. Chuck is also responsible for Mike Albert’s technology strategy, the daily operation of the technology organization, technology selection, and oversight of technology vendors. Prior to joining Mike Albert, Chuck was a Chief Information Officer and technology strategy consultant in the financial services industry for more than 10 years. He holds an MBA and a BS in Math Education from The Ohio State University.

Todd Ryan

Vice President, Remarketing & Manufacturer Relations
Todd Ryan joined the Mike Albert team in 1992 and currently serves as Vice President of Remarketing and Manufacturer Relations. Todd is responsible for overseeing the remarketing of off-lease vehicles, Short Term Rental department, Manufacturer Relations and the Structure group. Additionally, Todd leads Mike Albert’s residual committee, which forecasts the residual values of all Mike Albert Fleet Solutions vehicles. Todd is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Finance.

Phillip J. Schneider Jr.

Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service
Phil Schneider joined the Mike Albert Fleet Solutions team in 2009 and is responsible for leading the Sales and Marketing teams and attaining maximum sales volume for both vehicle leasing and fleet management. Prior to joining Mike Albert, Phil spent 23 years at Cintas Corporation, working as National Account Manager, Director of National Accounts, Director of Strategic Accounts and, most recently, Director of Sales Strategy and Development. Phil holds a BA in Business from Franklin College.

W. Bruce Shaffer

Chief Financial Officer
Bruce Shaffer began his career with Mike Albert Fleet Solutions in 1986 as Assistant Controller. He was named Controller in 1987, Treasurer in 1995 and became Vice President of Fleet Operations in 2000. Bruce was promoted to CFO in 2008 and continues to oversee Mike Albert’s Purchasing and Maintenance Management operations. Bruce is a graduate of Miami University with a BS in Accounting. He is also a CPA and a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Ohio Society of CPAs.
