Tax Clerk Position Type: Full Time Location: T.T.I.P. Posting Date: 5/2/13
Assists with the clerical needs of the Tax department, performing various tasks as requested by the Tax Manager, including:
1. Receives, researches and pays various property tax bills from multiple states.
2. Runs several reports and reviews data for accuracy so that property tax abatements and tax refunds can be applied for.
3. Completes and files state and local sales tax returns, most by electronic filing.
4. Performs general ledger account reconciliation for the sales tax filings.
Works collaboratively with various departments including fleet titles.
*Requires 2+ years accounting experience or equivalent combinations of education and experience.

Senior Systems Analyst Position Type: Full Time Location: ITS-Willow Development Posting Date: 4/15/13
This position works collaboratively with users and business analysts to define solutions. Creates technical specifications incorporating user requirements, architecture standards and knowledge of the underlying systems to define solutions which are cost effective and sustainable. Analyzes complex changes to assess risk and provide estimates. Develops migration plan for legacy modernization and SOA implementation for ERP system. May develop solutions or direct work of developers to implement recommendations. Creates and updates technical documentation.
Requires:
- 5 years of programming and/or program analysis experience.
- Strong Java, JSP, HTML, JavaScript and JDBC skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field or comparable experience.
