Accident Reporting Kits

• We can provide your drivers with Accident Reporting Kits to ensure they have the basic items needed in the event of an accident.
• Kits include a disposable camera, pen and paper, two insurance exchange forms, a flashlight and an accident report form in a handy waterproof container.

 Accident Reporting Services

• Accident reports will be complete, accurate and received in a timely manner under our Risk Management Program.
• Our professional staff is specially trained in accident reporting and in understanding the human element of a traffic accident. Questions are asked tactfully and professionally.
• In order to expedite the reporting of physical damage to your company vehicles, we will obtain complete information from your driver, prepare a formal accident report, send the accident report to your office via fax or e-mail within 24 hours and, if required, send an additional copy to your insurance carrier.

Claims Processing

• Our comprehensive claims processing services provide you with an online Annual Claims Report and allow you to check the status of each claim submitted. Managers can also view an Insurance Claim Analysis Report online.

Collision Repair Services

• Our I-Car Certified Collision Coordinators will arrange for repair services at a preferred body shop near you. 
• Your vehicle will be taken care of by professionals in a timely manner and you won’t be overcharged.

 Subrogation Services

• Our Subrogation Program is the most efficient and economical damage claim cost recovery program for fleet vehicles and relieves you of dealing with the time consuming, legal issues involved in even the smallest of fleet vehicle accident claims.
• We maintain a staff of competent, skilled, claims settlement specialists. Their experience in the risk/insurance field increases your loss recovery effectiveness exponentially.
• Our network of attorneys is available whenever and wherever the need arises if standard recovery procedures are not effective. One telephone call to the Recovery Department authorizes us to obtain all necessary and required documents, establish contact with all parties involved and maintain surveillance of the progress towards recovery.
• Monthly Subrogation Reports are available online through Customer Access. These reports display the status of all subrogation claims both closed and in-progress and the amounts recovered.
