24-Hour Emergency Roadside Assistance Program

• 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, our experienced professionals trained in emergency road service will respond to your drivers calls about vehicle breakdowns, flat tires, lockouts, towing services, etc.
• Minimizes driver downtime due to lockouts or mechanical failure.
• Billed on a per-occurrence basis so you don’t pay for services you don’t use.
• Gives you and your drivers peace of mind because you know that no matter where they are – no matter when – we’ve got them covered.

Direct Driver Assistance

• Saves you time and money by allowing us to administer your day-to-day fleet activities.
• Provides drivers with our toll-free Direct Driver Assistance number and answers to their questions about fleet policies and procedures, vehicle order status, title and registration, driver quotes, program materials and vehicle options.
• Saves you from answering time consuming routine and repetitive driver questions.
• When drivers are ready to order their vehicles, we handle all aspects of the order cycle – from order placement to vehicle delivery.

Personal Use/Taxable Benefit Reporting

• To comply with Internal Revenue Service reporting requirements, an employee who drives a company vehicle must report a percentage of the annual vehicle expense as a taxable benefit on his/her tax return.
• Companies must keep precise mileage records and calculate the portion of the vehicle expense related to work use vs. personal use.
• With Outsourced Personal Use/Taxable Benefit Reporting, your drivers report their monthly mileage online and we maintain mileage records for you.
• We send detailed reports of business vs. personal mileage for each driver to your HR or Payroll Department for their files.
• Using this service saves time, minimizes overpayment of taxes, and ensures your company is in compliance with IRS regulations.

Fleet Administration Services

• Provides fleet managers with administrative support for routine work, allowing them to prioritize responsibilities and delegate tasks.
• Saves time, reduces paperwork burdens and controls expenses.

Mileage Tracking

• Comprehensive mileage tracking program that helps you to manage costs over time.
• Drivers simply enter their odometer readings online via our Driver Access site. Or, when using our fuel card, enter odometer readings directly from the pump.
• Online notifications can be sent to drivers when their mileage is overdue, saving you the hassle of reminding them.
• Allows you to access a Mileage Tracking Report online.
• Mileage data is analyzed by our Business Analyst to help reduce costs.

Maintenance Exception Management

• Offered as a supplemental service to our Maintenance Management Program.
• We assume responsibility for following up with drivers who are not in compliance with manufacturers’ recommended service guidelines as reported on the Maintenance Exception Report.
• Available for any vehicle enrolled in the Mike Albert Leasing Maintenance Management Program.
• Allows you to keep track of maintenance of all vehicles in your fleet and provides you with online access to maintenance exception information.
• Saves you from reminding your drivers to perform their preventative maintenance services, which ensures that your fleet continues to perform well and reduces driver downtime.
• Keeps you informed of unusual maintenance expenses.

Fuel Card Distribution

• To help decrease your workload, we can handle the fuel card distribution process for your drivers. We will also keep track of lost or damaged cards, card replacements and card returns when a driver leaves your company.
• All you have to do is authorize drivers to use the fuel cards, and we will take care of the rest.
• You can access a Fuel Card Distribution Report online so you can see at a glance which drivers have fuel cards and when they received them. 

Expense Report Entry

• Drivers simply enter their monthly expenses onto an online expense report form.
• The expenses for the entire fleet are then summarized in an expense report that can be accessed online and printed out for your files.
• Reports can show expenses by category, cost center or driver. 

Data Collection

• We can assist you with data collection, which makes record keeping easier.
• The data can be entered online, and we can summarize the data in an Excel spreadsheet or printable PDF file report.
• You can choose to collect data on mileage, fuel usage, maintenance and repair costs, reimbursed expenses or other fleet-related data.

Driver Communication

• Drivers can login to a secure Driver Access section on our website where they will be able to view vehicle selectors and order vehicles, enter mileage, access accident report forms, locate suppliers and submit maintenance requests online. Drivers can contact us via e-mail using an interactive online form.
• At the customer’s request, Mike Albert Leasing can send online notifications to drivers to remind them to schedule preventative maintenance services or to enter mileage. These notifications will appear on the Driver Access home page.
• Drivers can choose how they want to receive correspondence and call the Direct Driver Assistance toll-free number  whenever they have questions.

Driver Expense Reimbursement Services

• Drivers are directly reimbursed for fleet vehicle related expenses that they pay out-of-pocket.
• Provides you with records of all driver reimbursed expenses and online access to Driver Expense Reimbursement Reports.
• Expenses are consolidated onto your monthly billing statement.
• Eliminates the need for you to cut several checks each month for driver expenses.

Roadside Emergency Kit Distribution

• We can provide Roadside Emergency Kits for your drivers to store in their vehicles and maintain and update distribution records.
• Lost or damaged kits will be tracked and replaced promptly and when drivers leave your company or change assigned vehicles, we will make sure the kits are returned.
• Managers can access the Roadside Emergency Kit Distribution Report online for detailed information on kit assignments, returns and replacements.
