The flexibility of the MaxFleet program allows you to choose between Full Maintenance and Managed Maintenance Services. It also allows you to choose the service options that best meet the needs of your fleet.
You won’t fully appreciate the benefits of MaxFleet’s individual vehicle record maintenance services until you need to apply for Post Warranty Recovery.
If a vehicle requires a costly repair after its warranty expires, we will apply for Goodwill Post-Warranty Coverage on your behalf. If the manufacturer agrees that the repair should be covered, you will be reimbursed for the cost of the repair.
You are far more likely to receive this coverage if you can produce accurate and organized vehicle maintenance records that prove you have properly maintained the vehicle.
In addition, MaxFleet’s vehicle record maintenance services help you to monitor your drivers for compliance with vehicle maintenance policies.
The MaxFleet Maintenance Management Program also allows you to easily track costs and analyze your expenses through our Web site with free customized reports.
When you enroll in the MaxFleet program, you benefit from our Cost Avoidance expertise.
Our National Account Preventative Maintenance Schedule and Purchase Order System ensures that only necessary repairs and replacements are authorized, which reduces maintenance spending.
In addition, our National Account Vendor Network ensures that you are charged reasonable rates for parts, repairs and service.

Our MaxFleet Maintenance Management Program provides you with professional administration, authorization and cost control on all repairs and replacement parts for your fleet vehicles. It also includes comprehensive reporting options that are available to assist you in analyzing and reviewing all operating costs for your vehicles.
A Preventive Maintenance Schedule is used for routine maintenance while National Account Cards are used for minimal additional services such as flat tire repairs, headlamp or wiper replacements or battery recharging – depending on the level of authorization you set.
To keep you informed and in control, all maintenance requests over your pre-established National Account Card limit must be submitted to our experienced, ASE-certified MaxFleet staff. Maintenance requests can be submitted online or by calling our toll-free Maintenance Management number. Our maintenance staff will access the vehicle’s maintenance records and make a decision based on mileage, history and current condition of the vehicle. Our staff will also investigate if the repair would be covered under the vehicle’s warranty.
Upon approval, a purchase order is generated for the authorized service.
The program also offers a Vehicle Rental Program to cover downtime due to mechanical, body or warranty repair.
