Mike Albert Leasing was recently recognized as having outperformed its peer group* in several remarketing categories by a leading national auction chain.

  • It took Mike Albert an average of 13.2 days to sell a vehicle at auction, versus the 19.2 days it took our peer group to sell. Mike Albert sent its vehicles to the right auctions at the right time complete with all necessary paperwork. Mike Albert’s vehicles were also strategically reconditioned ahead of time, allowing them to sell for maximum resale value.  

 

  • When comparing the condition of Mike Albert’s vehicle portfolio to the portfolio of its peer group, 24% of Mike Albert’s vehicles were categorized in grades four and five (five being the greatest). Only 8% of the peer group’s vehicles were categorized in grade four; 0% were categorized in grade five. Grades four and five are considered above average. The higher the vehicle grade, the higher the return.

 

  • When comparing sales prices for same year, make and model of vehicles, Mike Albert consistently sold its vehicles for 6.4% more than the sales price achieved by companies in its peer group.

 

  • Compared to the peer group, half as many Mike Albert vehicles were bought and re-wholesaled for greater profit. Mike Albert sells its vehicles in the right place at the right time for the greatest resale value, leaving little room for a wholesaler to purchase its vehicles and resell them for a greater profit.
