Unlike fuel cards that only allow your drivers to fill their tanks with a particular brand, the Universal Fleet Card allows them to pull in almost anywhere which saves your drivers from going off route to find a particular gas station.

When drivers pull up to the pump, they swipe their fleet cards and are prompted to enter their personal identification numbers and current mileage. Your company then receives one monthly invoice and cuts one check for the entire fleet’s fuel purchases. It’s that simple.

With the Universal Fleet Card, you have access to advanced online reporting features to help you evaluate your expenses. Your fuel purchases can be analyzed by fleet or broken down by individual driver or cost center.
