Customer Service

We pride ourselves on the excellent customer service we deliver to our customers day in and day out.

An Account Manager is assigned to each new account to assist you in transitioning to our services. He or she will also help you to select the best product and service offerings to meet your needs.

Once you have made the transition, your primary point of contact with our company will be the Customer Service Representative specifically assigned to your account. When you call your Customer Service Representative, you’re calling someone who has visited your company and is familiar with your business.

Your company’s Customer Service Representative will act as your liaison to all departments within our company. He or she is responsible for the order process and all other questions regarding your fleet including license and title, order status and billing inquiries.

When your Customer Service Representative is not available, your call will be routed to his or her designated back-up Customer Service Representative. The back-up will be familiar with your company and your policies and able to assist you with your questions.

Routine inquiries from you and your drivers will be answered by our knowledgeable Call Center Representatives who are on hand to take calls from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST.
