Phillip J. Schneider, Jr.
Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Vehicle Leasing & Fleet Management Services
Phil Schneider joined the Mike Albert team in 2009 and is responsible for leading Mike Albert’s sales force, focusing on attaining maximum sales volume in both the vehicle leasing and fleet management segments. Prior to joining Mike Albert, Phil spent 23 years at Cintas Corporation, holding such titles as National Account Manager, Director of National Accounts, Director of Strategic Accounts and, most recently, Director of Sales Strategy and Development. Phil holds a BA in Business from Franklin College.

Michael T. Hardesty
Regional Vice President
Mike Hardesty has been a member of the Mike Albert family since 1984 and today is responsible for management of the National Sales Team. Mike holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Dayton.

Chris Knosp
Sales Director Cincinnati Area
Chris started his career with Mike Albert in 1995 and has held positions in Retail Operations, Consumer Leasing and National Accounts. Chris won the New Fleet Business Customers Award in 2008. In 2009, Chris was promoted to Sales Director for the Cincinnati area, overseeing a team of Fleet Consultants operating in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.

Steve Johnson
Vice President
National Accounts
Steve Johnson started his “unofficial” career at Mike Albert in 1960 when at the age of eight his father (who was the service / parts manager) paid him $2 for stacking tires in the parts department. His official career started in 1972 while attending Northern Kentucky University. Steve worked his way through the sales force, first in truck leasing and then moved into fleet sales. Today, as Vice President of National Fleet Lease, Steve manages the sales of fleet leasing services to National Account customers.

Dan Doucette
Manager, National Truck Lease
Dan Doucette is Mike Albert's truck and equipment specialist, expertly matching vehicles to our clients' needs. Dan joined the company in 1998 and has more than 32 years of experience in vehicle manufacturing, engineering, sales and vehicle leasing. Dan is a member of the NTEA.

Ron Lynn
National Truck Lease Specialist
Ron started his career with Mike Albert in 2007 and is primarily responsible for truck and equipment procurement. He has worked in the transportation leasing industry since 1994, holding positions with GE Capital Fleet Services and, most recently, Truckway Leasing.
